Title Sequence And The Importance Of It

Titles and the order of them are virtally important in fiction film. There are certain Codes and conventions of titles we have to follow.

A bad title sequence will most defirnitely leave the audience dissapointed all the way through the film, me and my team mate are not creating a whole movie however de are still trying our best on the title sequence to be at its best so that the audience want more of it.

Title sequences are so important to a film that they can make or break movies, they are the first impression of the film for example if a black background is displayed with pink writting no one would find it an interesting crime movie so it will be less likely for the audience to watch the whole movie therefore this part of creating a film has to be analyzed carefully.

The following 10 title screens are in the correct conventional order;

1. New Line Cinema Presents

2. Brad Pitt

3. Morgan Freeman

4. Se7en

5. Written By Andrew Kevin Walker

6. Cinematography By Darius Khondji

7. Edited By Richard Francis Bruce

8. Music By Howard Shore

9. Produced By Arnold Kopelson

10. Directed By David Fincher
